1. Why do I need TrackItBack ID Labels?

3. Why doesn’t the finder just contact me?

  • No ID
    The finder can’t determine the owner if the device has no ID Label, has a dead battery, has a password, or is out of service range.
  • Different Language
    The finder doesn't speak your language.
  • Inconvenient Return Process
    Returning the device is time-consuming or expensive for the finder.

4. Why don’t I just write my name on the mobile devices?

6. How do I register?
Just set up an account at My Account. Then, register each of your personal items at www.trackitback.com.

7. How do I change information?
At My Account, you can update your personal information, add new items, and update existing items.

8. What if I lose something?
Notify us at www.trackitback.com or 800-987-6876. When the mobile device is found, we will contact you and arrange the return for free.

9. What if I find something?
Notify us at www.trackitback.com or 800-987-6876. We will arrange the return from there. Finders are generally not expected to pack or deliver anything. Finders also may leave the item in a designated safe location or drop-off location (such as a UPS Store) . TrackItBack also can arrange a pickup directly from the finder.

10. How is the finder rewarded?
After the owner receives their personal item back, the finder receives a gift pack of TrackItBack ID Labels valued at $100 and can be shared with friends and family. Plus, the owner may choose to provide an optional cash reward.

11. Is TrackItBack only for mobile devices?
No. TrackItBack protects other portable items that can easily be lost such as keys, luggage, passports, wallets and more.

12. What is your return policy?
Any unused product can be returned to TrackItBack within 30 days from the purchase date for a full refund, not including shipping and handling charges.
