After the owner receives the mobile device, the finder
receives $85 of TrackItBack ID Labels plus any cash
reward that the owner chooses to provide.
All orders are processed and shipped out within 2
business days of receipt. Unless you have chosen
to have your items shipped by UPS, you can expect
to receive your order within 5 to 10 business days.
Provided that you have not used any of the Dividend Miles credited to you for your purchase, any unused product can be returned to TrackItBack within 30 days from the purchase date for a full refund, not including shipping and handling charges. Any Dividend Miles that have been awarded will be removed from your Dividend Miles account.
Once you have redeemed any of the Dividend Miles credited to you for your TrackItBack purchase, the product cannot be returned to TrackItBack for refund. For more information, please see the policy section of our website. |
